Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawRapid (www.clawrapid.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Description of Service

ClawRapid is a managed hosting platform for OpenClaw, an open-source AI assistant framework. We provide automated deployment of OpenClaw instances on messaging platforms (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp). ClawRapid is not the developer of OpenClaw and does not control its underlying behavior.

3. User Accounts

You must authenticate via Google OAuth to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Access to ClawRapid is provided through a paid subscription processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the stated price. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClawRapid or your deployed OpenClaw instance to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or hateful content
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks
• Distribute malware or engage in any activity that disrupts the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for:

• All content generated by your OpenClaw instance
• All conversations and interactions conducted through your AI assistant
• Any data, including sensitive or personal information, that you or your end-users share with the AI assistant
• Ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Data and Security

ClawRapid does not monitor, review, or store the content of conversations between you and your deployed OpenClaw instance. Any sensitive information (including but not limited to passwords, financial data, health records, personal identifiers) that you or your end-users share with the AI assistant is transmitted at your own risk.

While we take reasonable measures to secure the infrastructure, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You acknowledge that no system is immune to security breaches and that ClawRapid shall not be held liable for any data breach, unauthorized access, data loss, or disclosure arising from the use of your deployed instance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClawRapid, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to ClawRapid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. ClawRapid may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

The ClawRapid name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of ClawRapid. OpenClaw is an open-source project with its own license terms. Your use of OpenClaw through our platform remains subject to its original license.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any data associated with your deployed instance may be permanently deleted following termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will notify you by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
